We are a friendly group of people who enjoy folk dancing,
from traditional to modern and the dances of 'Pride and Prejudice'
to American Squares. If you have ever
been to a Barn Dance, Folk Dancing is similar but the dances are
more interesting'
Special clothing is not required but
comfortable shoes are advisable.
Come and have fun, come and meet new
friends, come and enjoy.
No partner required, but if you have one
bring them along.

A word of warning. This activity may
improve your health, it is a (gently) physical activity and we all
know that keeping fit and occupied keeps the old grey matter in
shape, and may even keep the the rest of you in shape as well |
